{¶ 1} Respondent, Bradley Francis Hubbell of Toledo, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0075674, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 2002. On November 26, 2014, relator, disciplinary counsel, filed a complaint alleging that Hubbell had attempted to initiate a romantic relationship with a client he was representing pro bono in a custody dispute. Relator charged Hubbell with violating Prof.Cond.R. 1.8(j) and 8.4(h).

{¶ 2} A panel of the Board of Professional Conduct considered the cause on the parties’ consent-to-discipline agreement. See Gov.Bar R. V(16).
