Plaintiffs Tina and Glenn Williams contracted with Lawrence D. Perrault, doing business as Granite State Refacing, LLC (“Perrault”), for renovations to their Tewksbury home. Unsatisfied with the work, the plaintiffs commenced this action in June, 2008, alleging a number of claims, including breach of contract and violations of G.L.c. 142A and G.L.c. 93A.4 Perrault counterclaimed for breach of contract and abuse of process.
