EVERETT, Chief Judge:

A military judge sitting as a general court-martial at Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas, tried appellant for unauthorized absence, disobedience, and various drug offenses. Upon being arraigned, appellant moved to suppress his oral and written pretrial statements to the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI) and certain physical evidence seized in a search resulting from those statements.
