The People of the State of Illinois on the relation of S. R. Yohe filed a quo warranto petition in the circuit court of Wayne county against J. R. Hubble, Lyell E. Senneff, Paul M. Weber, Marshall Powell, and John E. Gardiner, charging them with unlawfully holding the purported office of members of the board of education of Mt. Erie Community High School District No. 227, located in Wayne county.
