HEADNOTES ARE NOT AN OFFICIAL PRODUCT OF THE COURT, THEREFORE THEY ARE NOT DISPLAYED.] In this case, which was submitted to this Court some months ago but in which additional briefs requested by the Court have been but recently filed, a question of primary importance is presented by appellants in the following words: "Should the will be construed to grant plaintiffs and appellants a vested remainder?" Mr. Justice REID'S opinion answers this question in the affirmative. I am unable to agree in that result.
