I. INTRODUCTION

Sebastian Centeio Veiga (“Veiga”) brings this action pursuant to section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, codified at 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), and section 1631(c)(3) of the Social Security Act, codified at 42 U.S.C. § 1383(c)(3). Veiga seeks judicial review of the final decision of the Social Security Commissioner (the “Commissioner”) denying his claims for social security disability insurance benefits. Prelim.
