IRWIN, Justice.

Harold D. Boos and Howard M. Boos, herein designated as plaintiffs, are duly licensed by the State of Oklahoma, through the Board of Chiropractic Examiners, to practice chiropractic. On February 26, 1962, plaintiffs submitted their applications to render chiropractic service to their patients in the Muskogee General Hospital to that hospital’s Board of Control.
