James Aikman (“Plaintiff”) brought this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985, against the County of Westchester and several members of the Westchester County Police Department (collectively, “Defendants”), alleging various deprivations of his constitutional rights. These allegations stem from an incident in which Plaintiff was pulled over for a traffic violation, detained, and searched.
