Burch, J.:

The action was one to recover the value of exempt property sold on execution. The plaintiff recovered, and the defendants appeal.

*262The plaintiff, Saunders, and the defendant, Graff, were partners engaged in conducting a grocery and bakery under the firm name of Graff & Saunders. In August, 1915, Graff sold his interest in the business to Saunders.
