MEMORANDUM OPINION

DENNIS R. DOW, Bankruptcy Judge.

These matters are before the Court on the motion of the Chapter 13 Trustee to deny confirmation of the Debtors’ Chapter 13 plans. The trustee has objected to each plan on the grounds that it fails to comply with certain provisions of § 1325(b). The Court has combined the discussion and determination of the trustee’s objections in the two cases because they raise identical issues. These are core proceedings, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(L) over which this Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334(b), 157(a) and (b)(1). The…
