{¶ 1} Respondent, Timothy J. Jarabek of Lakewood, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0069298, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1998. On October 3, 2006, we suspended respondent’s license to practice for an interim period pursuant to Gov.Bar R.
