MEMORANDUM OPINION

HELEN S. BALICK, Bankruptcy Judge.

On January 14, 1985, the Barrister of Delaware, Ltd., filed a Chapter 7 case. Its business was the operation of a restaurant in leased premises. The Trustee arranged for an auction of debtor’s personal property which was held February 28. He vacated the premises on March 1.

The landlord, P & F, Ltd., filed a claim for administrative rent in the amount of $1,890.60 ($41.10 a day) for the period January 14 through March 1, 1985, and moved for an order directing the Trustee to immediately pay its claim pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 365(d)(3). The…
