The first-captioned case is one of four actions which were brought under Cum. Sup. 1953, § 1963c, to determine the amount of compensation to which the defendants are entitled for the taking by eminent domain of easements across their properties for the installation of natural gas pipe lines. A committee of three persons was appointed for this purpose. Its report to the Superior Court was rejected and a new committee was appointed. See Northeastern Gas Transmission Co. v.
