The succession of Mrs. Bertrand Saloy was opened upon the petition of one who represented herself as a resident heir of deceased, who stated in her petition that certain of the heirs were absent, who prayed for the appointment of an attorney of absent heirs, and for an inventory of the property of the succession, and who also prayed for her own appointment as administratrix.
