SESSOMS, ’Senior Judge:
Despite his pleas, the appellant was found guilty at a general court-martial composed of officer members of divers acts of sodomy and other indecent acts with his daughter, T, a child under the age of 16 years. The sentence imposed included a dishonorable discharge, confinement for nine (9) years, forfeitures of $150 per month for nine (9) years, and reduction to airman basic.
