William Bialas, Edward Christensen, and Rollin Cate (collectively “the Plaintiffs”) ap*761peal from the district court’s1 entry of summary judgment in favor of their former employer, Greyhound Lines, Inc. (“Greyhound”). The Plaintiffs contend that Greyhound terminated them because of their ages, in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634 (1988), and the Iowa Civil Rights Act of 1965, Iowa Code § 216.6 (1995). We affirm.
