Judson Shelton, Jr., instituted this action, to recover damages for the wrongful death of plaintiff’s decedent, against the Atlantic Greyhound Corporation; E. W. Grannis, V. B. Higgins, McDevitt and Street Company, a corporation, and F. N. Thompson, a partnership and joint venture operated under the name of Grannis, Higgins, Thompson and Mc-Devitt Company; Robert Jackson; Highwáy Equipment and Construction Company and McDevitt and Street Company.
