Plaintiff Yial and 84 others bring their combined actions against Charles M. Paradis, treasurer and ex-officio tax collector of Washington county, and the county and the board of county commissioners thereof. On motion, a number of allegations were stricken from the complaint. A general demurrer to the complaint was sustained, and judgment of dismissal entered. A discussion and decision upon one cause of action will be decisive of all.
