PRATT, Chief Justice.

This case was before the .court on a previous appeal, on a question of the sufficiency of the pleadings to withstand a general demurrer. See Wolfe v. White, 114 Utah 37, 197 P. 2d 125. In that case the lease involved was set out in full, and certain of the exhibits, included in the pleadings, were considered.
