The indictment in this case charges the defendant with the crimes of forgery, second degree (three counts), criminally buying and receiving stolen and wrongfully acquired property as a felony, criminally concealing and withholding stolen and wrongfully acquired property as a felony, possessing a pistol loaded with ammunition as a felony, and possession of a pistol, a bludgeon and a set of metal knuckles as a misdemeanor.
