DAYTON, District Judge.
The sole ground of opposition to the discharge asked for here is based upon the amendment of February 5, 1903, to Bankr. Act July 1, 1898, c. 541, 30 Stat. 550 (U. S. Comp. St. 1901, p. 3427), incorporated in section 14 of chapter 3 (Act Feb. 5,. 1903, c. 487, 32 Stat. 797 [U. S. Comp. St. Supp. 1907, p. 1026]), which denies a discharge to a bankrupt “who has obtained property on credit from any person upon a materially false statement, in writing, made to such person for the purpose of obtaining said property on credit.”
