This is the second appeal in this case, a personal injury action based on negligence of the defendant, the injury being occasioned by defendant's street car colliding with an automobile driven by Jasper N. Jordan at the intersection of two streets in St. Joseph. On the first appeal the case was entitled Jasper N. Jordan, plaintiff, against this defendant, and discloses that shortly after his injuries Jasper N.
