RICH, Circuit Judge.
This appeal and cross-appeal are from a judgment of the United States District *161Court for the District of Oregon in a case involving both design patent infringement and unfair competition. The judgment entered by the district court concluded all liability issues between the parties, but stayed proceedings on injunctive relief and an accounting for unfair competition damages. The parties appealed, asserting that the judgment was an interlocutory decision appealable under 28 U.S.C. § 1292(c)(2) (1982). We dismiss for lack of appellate jurisdiction.
