PALMORE, Judge.
George F. Wolpert and wife appeal from a judgment awarding them $8,500 for the taking of an electric transmission line easement by the appellee, Louisville Gas and Electric Company.
The land in question is a 140-acre farm tract in Bullitt County bounded on the north by another farm, on the east and south by the Blue Lick Road (a public highway), and on the west by a railroad right-of-way of the L. & N.
