Appellant, Grant Hatfield, was convicted by a Clay Circuit Court jury, with co-defendants, Eddie Joe Cobb and Brian Collins, of attempted murder, kidnapping, and intimidating a witness. Appellant was sentenced to twenty (20) years imprisonment. He now appeals as a matter of right. Ky. Const. § 110(2)(b).
