ALLEN, Acting Chief Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment entered against the plaintiff, appellant here, in a negligence case which resulted in a jury verdict for the defendants, appellees here.. The involved collision occurred a few miles west of Orlando on State Highway No. SO at about six o’clock in the morning of January 6, 1953. The automobile in which plaintiff was riding as a passenger collided with the rear of defendants’ fuel oil truck in a heavy fog and smoke.
