Introduction
John Hemphill (Appellant) appeals from the judgment of the motion court denying his motion to reopen his Rule 27.26 1 post-conviction proceedings. We dismiss.
Factual and Procedural Background
In 1985, Appellant was convicted of capital murder, Section 565.001, 2 for which he was sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of probation or parole for fifty years.
