In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants New York City Transit Authority, Manhattan and Bronx Surface Transit Operating Authority, and John A. Gordon appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County *578(Hutcherson, J.), dated April 30, 2002, which denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and all cross claims insofar as asserted against them.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
