Daniel J. Kusterer, the former husband, appeals a Final Judgment of Modification and Order of Contempt increasing his child-support obligation, finding him in contempt, and awarding attorney’s fees and costs to Appellee, Lorrie A. Nelson, the former wife. Lacking the benefit of the recent decision in Zold v.
