Vendetta Jackson (“Jackson”) has sued the City of Chicago (“City”), for which she previously worked as a police officer, under Title II 1 of the Americans with Dis abilities Act (“ADA,” 42 U.S.C. § 12132 2 ) and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (“Rehabilitation Act,” Section 794(a)). Jackson’s Complaint asserts that City has violated ADA by (1) refusing to complete the processing of Jackson’s request for reinstatement at her job (Comply 41), (2) having a policy that forces officers to pay for the medical examinations they must complete…
