Mita Copystar of America, Inc. (“Mita”) appeals from the district court’s order granting summary judgment and issuing a permanent injunction in favor of Casas Office Machines, Inc. (“Casas”). The action began when Casas sued Mita and two fictitious defendants, John Doe and Richard Roe, in the Superior Court of Puerto Rico, San Juan Part.
