Plaintiff appeals from a judgment entered after the trial court granted summary judgment to defendant on plaintiffs claim that defendant had failed to meet its obligation to reasonably accommodate plaintiffs disability under Oregon disability law. Plaintiff challenges the trial court’s conclusions that (1) mitigating measures must be considered when determining whether or not an individual is disabled and therefore protected by Oregon disability law and (2) the Oregon Medical Marijuana Act (OMMA), ORS 475.300 to 475.346, and specifically ORS 475.340(2), exempts employers…
