This is an action to review a decision of the industrial commission of the labor department, made following a hearing upon a verified appeal from certain orders issued by said commission against plaintiff’s property. Its institution is expressly authorized under sections 52-a and 52-b of the Labor *213Law. Section 79-b of the Labor Law is the special object of attack herein.
