This matter came before the court on the debtors’ motion to use insurance proceeds to substitute a used (1995) Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo for a wrecked Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo which had secured the Cokers’ auto loan from SouthTrust Bank of Alabama, N.A. SouthTrust orally objected to the motion, contending debtors had no rights in the insurance proceeds and that all the insurance money should go to the creditor.
