This is an action which was brought by plaintiffs against defendant before a justice-*581of the peace to recover a commission of $112.50 for the sale of certain real property. It appears from the evidence that the defendant was the owner of a certain real estate.situate on the corner of Forty-first and Oak streets in Kansas City, and that he authorized the plaintiff, with several other agents, to sell the same for $4,500.
