ORDER
CAROLL, District Judge.
Before the Court are Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. # 94), Plaintiffs Response (Doc. # 105), and Defendants’ Reply (Doc. # 111). After careful review of the pleadings and the record in this case, the Court will grant Defendants’ motion and enter judgment for Defendants.
