Plaintiff appeals as of right from the trial court’s orders granting summary disposition in favor of defendant pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(8) and (10), and denying her motion to file a second amended complaint. We affirm.
In 1972, Helmut Dowerk acquired a ten-acre parcel of land in the Charter Township of Oxford, in an area zoned for single-family residences. The only access to this landlocked property was, and remains, an existing private road commonly called Kimberly Drive.
