Defendant appeals in this personal injury case from the entry of judgment in favor of plaintiff and the denial of its motions for judgment n. o. v. or, alternatively, a new trial.
Plaintiff, a grinding wheel operator in the hot roll shop of Jones & Laughlin Steel Corporation (J. & L.), was injured when an abrasive wheel manufactured by defendant disintegrated while being used by him.
