Kirk C. Aune (plaintiff) appeals from the trial court’s entry of summary judgment in favor of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (University), Dr. Stuart Bondurant (Bondurant), William D. Mattern (Mattern), and Edwin Capel (Capel) (collectively defendants) on plaintiffs “Whistleblower,” intentional and/or negligent infliction of emotional distress and misrepresentation claims.
