PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

On July 2, 2008 Plaintiff Sogeti USA LLC filed a six-count amended complaint against multiple defendants, including Christian and Teresa Martinez, from whom Plaintiff seeks monetary and injunctive relief. Plaintiff alleges claims for breach of restrictive covenant (“Count One”), interference with contract or business relations (“Count Two”) and trade secret misappropriation (“Count Three”) against the Martinez Defendants. 1 The claims stem from the departure of several of Plaintiffs employees who began working for Plaintiffs…
