The respondent, B.H., appeals from a Family Court order requiring him to register as a sex offender, and denying his motion to waive sex-offender registration and notification pursuant to G.L. 1956 § 11-37.1-4(j). 1 This matter came before the Supreme Court on September 25, 2018, pursuant to an order directing the parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised should not be summarily decided.
