The plaintiff brought this action to recover damages for personal injuries which she alleges she sustained as the result of an automobile, the property of defendant, running off the road and into the ditch. The defendant’s automobile' was operated by a third person for the defendant. As the automobile was proceeding at a rate of speed of about fifteen miles an hour along an open road in a procession of cars, suddenly, for some reason unknown to the plaintiff, the car swerved to the left, ran across the road and into the ditch, turned over on its left side against an obstruction, as the result…
