EUGENE A. GORDON, District Judge.

This action was brought by the plaintiff, W. Willard Wirtz, Secretary of Labor, to enjoin the defendants, Office Communications Company and Moyer Pink-ston Hendrix, from future violations of the overtime compensation and record-keeping provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq., hereinafter referred to as the Act, and to restrain the withholding of overtime compensation alleged to be withheld unlawfully from employees of the defendants.
