Defendant Felix Restitullo (“Restitullo”) has been indicted on one count of production of child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2251(a) and 2, and one count of possession of child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2252(a)(5)(B) and 2. Restitullo now moves to suppress statements and evidence on the basis that they were obtained from him in violation of the Fourth and Fifth Amendments of the United States Constitution.
