State Ex Rel. Casey v. Brewer

This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Flathead county sustaining a motion to quash an alternative writ of mandamus issued on application of relator. The proceeding arose out of an election held with relation to the Kali-spell Fire Department Relief Association. Relator purports to be the duly elected treasurer of the association, while respondents, particularly C. H. Brewer, make a similar claim to the office.
