Ledge Creek is a small stream about three miles in length. Its source is a group of springs located about three-quarters of a mile in a northeasterly direction from the City of Soda Springs. March 6, 1902, in the case of Wetzel et al. v. Nichols et al., the District Court of the Fifth Judicial District of the State of Idaho, in and for the 'County of Bannock, decreed the waters of Ledge Creek as follows:

“To E. T. Williams, two cubic feet per second, dating from April 1, 1885, and one and three-fifths feet per second dating from April 1, 1898.
