Sellers v. Rike

This is the second appeal in this case to this court. We refer to our former decision in this case for a statement of the facts necessary to that decision. (Sellers v. Rike, 272 Ill. 303.) Thereafter the cause was re-docketed in the circuit court of McLean county and Mary E. Bonnett was made a party defendant and filed her answer to the bill. W. W. Rike, Frank Hedrick and John C.
