Defendants, ProxyMed, Inc. (ProxyMed) and Jerry Feldman, move for summary judgment on the claims asserted by plaintiff, Penny H. Petersen. Petersen opposes the motion. Defendants’ motion is granted.

FACTUAL BACKGROUND
