Appeals from two decisions and an amended decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed June 24, 1991, May 20, 1992 and June 22, 1992, which, inter alia, ruled that claimant was permanently partially disabled.

Claimant was working as a laborer for the employer when he stepped on a nail and injured his left foot. All of the medical reports submitted by the parties indicated that claimant was in continuing pain and in need of further medical treatment.
