Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Breslin, J.), rendered May 6, 1993, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of vehicular manslaughter in the second degree.

Defendant’s conviction of vehicular manslaughter in the second degree arises out of a one-vehicle accident which occurred late at night after defendant and his companion had visited several bars.
